Great emphasis is laid on sports and the college can literally boast of excellent facilities. The Hockey field ,Cricket field are considered to be among the best fields in the city.There are Hand ball, Tennis, Basket-Ball, Ball-Badminton, Volley-Ball, Kabbadi, Kho-Kho courts and a 200 Meter Track. Facilities for indoor-games like Table-Tennis, Chess, Carrom are also available.

         Our college has a rich tradition of winning heaps of prizes in sports and games activities.

         The management and staff provide scholarships for exemplary sports activities by students. Coaches are appointed for games including Cricket, Hockey,Volley Ball etc. Fitness diet is provided for all sports students.Our college is ranked in the 3rd place among colleges affiliated to University of Madras.

         A.S.Durgadevi of MHRM & J.Suganya of I MSW as the key players of Madras University Ball badminton team and they won third place in All India Inter -University Ball badminton match.Our Student R.Bhavani I BCS won third place in South west Zone Inter University Tennis match. She is also selected for All India Inter- University match which is going to be held at chandigarh from 23rd Feb to 1st march 2011.In the South India Inter-collegiate Rugby Womens tournament our college emerged winners.

         In the same Tournament Y.S.Salomi II Msc Bio.Stats was awarded Ultimate Rugby player award and Prathusha Devi of II B.com got the most valuable player award.

         In 29th Bhatt Tournament our Kho-Kho team, Football team, Cricket team got the winners position and the Ballbadminton team got the runner-up position.
