2017-2018

In our college the union inaugural ceremony for both day and evening college took place on 12th July, 2017.

The ceremony was inaugurated by Professor Dr. S. Sivasubramanian, Research Advisor, Vels University.

Talent Hunt was conducted to identify the hidden talents of the first year students.

The inter department event for both day and evening college WAVES 2k18 (DIVA) was held on 12th and 13th of February, 2018. Around 16 on-stage and off-stage events took place. Students participated with great interest and enthusiasm showcasing their talents in a great manner. Overall trophy of WAVES 2k18 (DIVA) was won by

Winners were honoured and praised with the gift vouchers and certificates.

• Department of Commerce as part of Day college and
• Department of B.Sc., (Computer Science) as part of Evening college.

Also, Our college students actively participated and won prizes in the Inter college competitions that were held in various colleges like Guru Nanak college, Hindustan College of Arts and Science, Women's Christian College, Patrician college of Arts and Science, Madras Christian College, etc.

Our students also participated enthusiastically in Republic day dance parade on 26th January, 2018 held at Marina beach and they won the 3rd prize.
